Deposit & Final Payment Terms
50% non-refundable deposit required in order to secure date.
Balance must be paid 14 days prior to event date.
If booking within 14 days of the event the full amount is due in order to secure the date.
Acceptable Tender Types
Cash, Credit Cards and Checks
Credit card payments can be taken over the phone, in person or via email with a credit card authorization form.
Checks are accepted for the balance due but must be received at least 21 days prior to the event date and cleared through the bank.
Photo Shoots*
Photo shoots are priced as marked for the initial services.
Shayla will travel to photo shoots and provide makeup services for up to 1 hour.
(This time may need to be extended based on the amount of additional clients during the photo shoot.)
There will be a $25 surcharge for each additional hour plus $10 per/hr for each additional person, which includes makeup touchups as needed.
There may be an extra charge if additional full makeup application is needed.
You must state how long you anticipate needing makeup services at the time of paying your deposit so that Shayla will allow enough time in her schedule to meet your needs.
Travel Expenses
KC Metro Area
There will be a $20 flat fee per booking for clients located in the KC Metropolitan area.
No minimum purchase required within the KC Metro area.
A contract agreement is required.
Outside of the KC Metro Area
Client must pay for a minimum of 5 makeup sessions for events/photo shoots held outside of the KC Metro area. ($250 minimum purchase)
$0.56 per mile roundtrip if traveling by car up to 3 hours outside of the KC Metropolitan area.
Lodging, travel and ground transportation (can be a private car) expenses are to be paid by the client when traveling more than 3 hours. Travel itinerary and lodging confirmation number due 14 days prior to date, along with balance. No mileage fee will be incurred if client pays for lodging, travel and ground transportation.
A contract agreement is required.
